Dr. Grant Schneider
Dr. Grant Schneider was born and raised in Michigan, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, magna cum laude, from Life University (ATL, GA 2014) and a Human Biology degree from Michigan State University (East Lansing, MI 2010). He credits a synergy of innate predilection and parental upbringing to his success in the chiropractic field. From an early age, health sciences were a source of intrigue and drive. Since both parents are themselves practicing chiropractors, his conception of health procurement and preservation was influenced toward of prevention, early treatment, and wellness. His mother has always been a staunch advocate for effectuating health using a systematic, proactive approach. She emphasized the tenets of diet, exercise, mental health, and of course, chiropractic adjustments to optimize physiological resiliency, thereby affording the body a more robust capacity for healing.
Dr. Schneider began his professional journey in 2015 as an associate doctor, working under the guidance of his mentor, Dr. Charles Mitzelfeld (previous owner of Foundation Chiropractic and a veteran chiropractor with 4 decades of experience), and was tasked with patient care, marketing, and practice management. This transitioned into the opportunity of a lifetime, evolving into now full ownership of Foundation Chiropractic in Juno Beach, a long-coveted milestone. Ownership proved to be a crucible of triumph and rigor, fueled by the desire to reinvigorate lives. Foundation Chiropractic is now run and managed by the husband-and-wife team, since 2016. Dr. Schneider’s treatment approach is primarily rooted in chiropractic adjustments, supplemented with massage (by LMT Joan Wallace, ~20yrs. exp.) and physical therapy. Dr. Schneider specializes in treating a number of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on transition to preventative/wellness care. He also specializes in treating whiplash and car accident victims, owing to additional post-graduate training. Dr. Schneider describes his mission as “bridging the gap between condition-based and function-based care” and summarizes the chiropractic operative premise in “a teaspoon of prevention is worth a gallon of treatment.”
Dr. Ella Kalantarov
Dr. Ella Kalantarov was born in the former USSR and grew up in New York City. She is fluent in Russian. She has large extended family, her father being the 9th of 10 children. She went on to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College (New York, NY) before becoming the first in her family to venture out of state, heading for Atlanta, GA to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University. She is proud to be the only chiropractor in her family lineage.
Dr. Kalantarov developed an appreciation for the chiropractic health paradigm while working as a chiropractic assistant for over six years in Queens, NY. During that journey, she became a witness to the healing capacity chiropractic provided to many who were otherwise experiencing hopelessness. She has a deep reverence for the healing capacity of the body when in the proper environment. This philosophy was originally fostered by her parents’ traditional approach to healing and bolstered by the science of chiropractic learned in school. She has additional training in the field of pediatric and pregnancy techniques which have allowed her to excel in her niche of caring for children and pregnant women. She is certified in the Webster and Activator techniques.
