I have been so pleased to have found Dr. Grant at Foundation Chiropractic! I moved from Massachusetts to West Palm and for most of my adult life believe spinal alignment and chiropractic care is key to good bodily health. Dr Grant is extremely thorough and knowledgeable taking the time to access the purpose of each visit! The office staff is both friendly and professional. Scheduling an appointment is easy with minimal wait time experienced over this past year while visiting Foundation Chiropractic.

I unfortunately over did it on the Lateral pull down machine at the GYM. I could hardly move my left arm half way up. Forget about getting it over my head, trying to put a shirt on or blow dry my hair with my left arm that was a NO NO! I was in so much pain from a slight rip on my rotator cuff, shoulder and arm. I was afraid to go to a chiropractor. In fact I had worked for two other chiropractors over the years and I never let them adjust me. I wasn’t going to let my new boss who is one of the doctors adjust me either. I didn’t want to tell him but I didn’t even believe in Chiropractors! I was working one day with Dr. Grant and he asked me, “Hey, why don’t I adjust you?” I thought to myself..(NO WAY!) and told him, “No thank you , I feel fine” (But in reality my shoulder was killing me) I honestly really was afraid to get adjusted and was kind of embarrassed to admit it to him that I was afraid. Days turned to weeks and he kept asking me if he could look at my shoulder and adjust me. I kept telling him I’m afraid. He told me there was nothing to be afraid of but again I was literally afraid. Time passed on and finally one day I was in so much pain that I told Dr. Grant, “Ok you can adjust me today, I’m not afraid anymore, you can adjust me!!” He looked at me with puzzled eyes and thought for sure I was kidding but I wasn’t. In the back of my mind I thought OH my goodness I’m really afraid but this is my last try and only hope to feel better, correct and heal my shoulder/arm pain once and for all. I was in so much pain I needed to do something about my shoulder and arm pain that day. Dr. Grant made me feel so comfortable. He asked me medical history questions, took x-rays, made me move my arm up and down to test my range of motion and pin point where the problem was coming from. Dr. Grant went through adjusting me and as he did he took his time and explained everything of what he was doing and why he was doing what he was doing. Of course I had 2024 questions of which he was kind, patient and knowledgeable to answer all of them with plenty of explanations of reasons why. I went through about 6 weeks of adjustment chiropractic therapy on my neck, shoulder and hand. By the time I finished the proper chiropractic care in his office I was able to fully lift my left arm totally over my head, behind my back and blow dry my hair with no pain. I even went to his wife Dr. Ella one day that Dr. Grant was not working and she did different techniques on my back and shoulder that made me feel great. I go to either Dr. Grant and or Dr. Ella because they are very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, listen to me and explain what I need to do after the adjustments to stay healthy and effective with proper care. I feel better after my adjustments. I have referred my husband to the practice and he is pleased with his adjustment results as well. I am so glad I finally tried a chiropractor after so many years, the results are amazing and I could not be more grateful for both of the doctors helping me back to good health. I like the fact that they have plenty of hours for scheduling appointments and they also have a licensed massage therapist on staff which is nice to get a deep tissue massage of which she concentrates on triggered areas that need specific care based on what the doctors feel need to be worked on. My advice to anyone hesitant about Chiropractic care is don’t be afraid, it doesn’t hurt in fact it relives the pain Anyone who needs care or wants to keep your spine healthy and in line then please go see Foundation Chiropractic Clinic because they truly have your back!

Best chiropractic practice I’ve been to…I have a nasty case of scoliosis and these guys are the only ones who have actually helped… took me about 8 chiropractors to find the right one and I finally did!!Highly recommend them and their massage therapist is amazing!!
